Hard Rock Bet is going bigger than ever. On Saturday, December 12, 2026, The Guitar Hotel at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood hosts the $5,000,000 Slots Tournament, a live event where qualifiers go head to head for a guaranteed $5 million in cash and a top prize of $1,000,000.
The best part is that players in Florida, New Jersey, Michigan and Ontario can all earn a seat online right from the Hard Rock Bet app. Here is everything to know.
What Is the Hard Rock Bet $5,000,000 Slots Tournament?
The $5,000,000 Slots Tournament brings online qualifiers to Hollywood, Florida from all around North America for one high-energy day of competition. Every player gets two one-minute plays in the opening round, and only the higher score counts. The top 10 advance to a two-minute semifinal, and the top five move on to the championship round, where the highest score wins the $1,000,000 grand prize.
The machines run in tournament mode and everyone competes for points, so no personal funds are required to play. Every qualifier walks in with the same shot and no strategy is needed. A celebrity charity round will also take the stage during the event, with the winner playing for a good cause.
How to Qualify
Seats are earned right inside the Hard Rock Bet app during the qualifying period, which runs October 5-November 29, 2026. How you earn entries depends on where you play.
New Jersey and Michigan
Players in New Jersey and Michigan qualify through a series of biweekly sweepstakes in Hard Rock Bet Online Casino:
- Opt in during a sweepstakes window and your first entry is free, no wager required.
- After that, every $5 in cash wagers you place at Hard Rock Bet Online Casino earns one additional entry.
- Select featured games earn double entries.
- There is no cap on how many entries you can build up.
The windows and drawings are:
- Window 1: October 5-18, drawn Tuesday, October 20
- Window 2: October 19-November 1, drawn Tuesday, November 3
- Window 3: November 2-15, drawn Tuesday, November 17
- Window 4: November 16-29, drawn Tuesday, December 1
When each window closes, winners are drawn at random. The top finishers earn a seat in the tournament plus bonus spins, and additional winners receive bonus spins even without a seat.
